Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. During processing, we verify your order details, coordinate with our fulfillment team, and prepare your package for dispatch.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Processing times may be slightly extended during promotional periods and peak seasons.

Delivery is Monday–Friday, excluding local public holidays. All orders ship from our warehouse in China.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours of shipment. You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your account.
For Express orders, full end-to-end real-time tracking is available throughout the delivery journey.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
No surprise charges — duties included
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Import taxes, customs duties, and applicable local charges are included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing extra to pay upon delivery.
We handle all customs documentation and clearance on your behalf, so your order arrives at your door without any additional fees or delays caused by unpaid duties.
Prices shown at checkout are final. If your local customs authority contacts you regarding any charges on a DDP shipment from us, please get in touch with our support team immediately.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking link for the latest status. Delays at customs are occasionally beyond our control but typically resolve within a few days.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the dispatch date, please contact our support team. We will reship your order free of charge or provide a full refund — whichever you prefer.
